We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent, unauthorized, or suspicious activity is detected.
Shipping

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, or other external factors beyond our control.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping partners.

Candle Safety
Candles must always be used responsibly:
- Never leave a burning candle unattended
- Keep away from children, pets, curtains, and flammable objects
- Place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface
- Discontinue use when approximately 1 cm of wax remains
