Refund policy

At Gauri Mantra, every candle is carefully hand-poured in small batches. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, finish, or texture may occur and are not considered defects.

Returns

We currently do not accept returns on used candles or opened products.

Returns are only accepted if:

• You receive the wrong item
  

Replacements

If your candle arrives damaged during transit, we will offer:

• A replacement product, or
• Store credit, depending on product availability

To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos/uncut video of the product and packaging

Requests made after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order. Once an order enters production it cannot be cancelled.

Important Candle Care Note

Minor frosting, wet spots, or slight surface imperfections are natural characteristics of soy and coconut wax candles and do not affect performance or quality.
