Returns, Replacements & Cancellations
At Gauri Mantra, every candle is hand-poured in small batches. As each piece is individually crafted, slight variations in color, finish, texture, or appearance may occur. These natural variations are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or burned candles.
Returns are only accepted if you receive an incorrect item.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged during transit or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, kindly provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
- A complete, unedited unboxing video showing the package being opened
Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement.
Upon verification, we will offer either:
- A replacement product (subject to availability), or
- Store credit for the value of the affected item
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placement.
As all products are made in small batches and prepared specifically for your order, cancellations cannot be accepted once production has begun.
Natural Characteristics of Wax
Soy and coconut wax candles may occasionally develop frosting, wet spots, minor surface irregularities, or slight color variations. These are natural characteristics of plant-based waxes and do not impact the quality, performance, or burn of the candle.
We do not offer refunds. Approved claims are resolved through replacement or store credit only.
